Slow down !

Drivers are reminded that the speed limit through Hamsterley Village is 30mph.

The club has been contacted by residents about cars with bikes on them speeding through the village.

Residents have also contacted the Forestry Commission and the speed limit through the village is to be stressed as part of the FC permit process.

The Parish Council are running a campaign to get people to drive especially carefully through the village. In the interests of fostering good relations with the local residents, can drivers please remember to observe the speed limit and take care at all times.
