The
Event for 2006

Once again
we are fortunate to be able to hold the event at Hamsterley
Forest in Teesdale.
This year the rides will have clear and easy directions for all
the family. The red route will be demanding for the more intrepid
and for those who want a serious challenge, we have included an
exhilarating black route. The black route is for experienced cyclists
only and requires a good level of fitness and technical ability
: will include sustained steep climbs with ascents of over 3,000
ft as well as technical descents.
The opportunity
to take a quiet and healthy walk reflects the recent upsurge in
‘walking to keep fit’. We have been inundated with
requests to continue this part of the event and are only too happy
to oblige.
